    The University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Associate (HR Generalist) in the University Library. With limited supervision, the HR Generalist will provide professional level HR generalist support for the University Library. Primary areas of responsibility include recruiting and onboarding, leave of absence management, job description development, HRIS transaction processing, and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. The HR generalist plays a critical role in managing effective Library HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
