The Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs and Academic Programs and Office of Global Engagement are seeking an IT Technical Associate to join their team.
Under minimal supervision of the Director of Operations, the position manages the daily IT operations of units within the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs and Academic Programs and the Office of Global Engagement. The position serves as a technical expert to staff and students; create, direct, and deliver training related to computing needs; and configures and deploys new equipment; and provides full support and management of all department devices.
