Hi! I’m looking for a place to stay for the Fall 2026 semester (August–December), preferably in Orchard Downs.
I don’t currently have an apartment yet, so I’m hoping to join someone’s existing lease as a roommate if possible.
About me:
- Quiet, clean, and respectful
- I value privacy and a peaceful living environment
- I study a lot in my room, so I’m usually low-key and won’t use shared spaces much
- I can cook occasionally, but I’m also happy to limit cooking if that’s preferred
Preferences:
- Prefer a furnished place, but unfurnished is also fine
- Looking for a compatible roommate with a similar lifestyle
