I’ve recently accepted a lease through the University’s Family & Graduate Housing and am currently looking for a male co-tenant who is also planning to apply for a 2-bedroom, unfurnished apartment at Orchard Downs, starting August 2025.
The current monthly rent is $780 (excluding utilities), to be split between two tenants.
