Hi, my name is Owen and I will be transferring to UIUC from Community College in the Fall. I am looking for a roommate for an Ashton Woods apartment, I am open to either a Furnished or Unfurnished apartment. Rent for unfurnished is 800$ (excluding utilities), split two ways, furnished is 910$.
I am typically in bed no later than 10:30pm, ideally I'd like to find someone who is around the same. I am a musician but I try to keep any noise to a minimum (always using headphones) when other people are home.
