Hello everyone, I’m Daniel Lumertz. I am a Brazilian student incoming in August for a Doctorate program in music composition. I am looking for an apartment in Orchard Downs or Orchard Downs South. It can be furnished or unfurnished, remodeled or not. I expect to be at UIUC for 3 years.
I will probably spend most of my time at the music building and its studios. I enjoy learning new software for music and arts, programming, playing board games, and cooking. I want to live close to the Arboretum because I enjoy walking and running, and because it seems like a quiet place to concentrate on my studies. I am proactive with house chores and prefer keeping it clean.
