Joshua Lewyckyj, Ed.D. ’21, EPOL, has taught AP U.S. History and Global Studies for eight years at Christian Brothers Academy in Albany, New York. His dissertation focused on exploring the relationships between internal factors of teacher identity and innovative work behavior tendencies in private Catholic schools. Lewyckyj investigated ways that educational leadership can streamline the diffusion of innovations within schools to meet the needs of 21st century educators and students.
