With the end of the year quickly approaching, University Payroll & Benefits would like to highlight important information including year-end deadlines for all units and employees to take note of.
Holiday Payroll Schedule
Thanksgiving Week
Adjustment Calc
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday the deadline to process prior pay period adjustments that pay on Friday, 11/29/2024 will be noon Friday, 11/22/2024.
Any prior pay adjustments approved after noon Friday, 11/22/2024 and by 5 p.m. Friday, 11/28/2024 will be paid on Friday, 12/6/2024.
2024 BW 25 Calc
Feeder files are due by 5 p.m. Monday, 11/25/2024. Department approvers have until noon Monday, 11/25/2024 for timesheet approval. Superusers have until 5 p.m. Monday, 11/25/2024 for timesheet approval. Current pay adjustments can be submitted through the Payroll Adjustment Request Interface System (PARIS) until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 11/26/2024. All other calc deadlines pertaining to units will remain the same.
2024 BW 25 Pay Day is 12/04/2024
2024 BW 26 Pay Day is 12/18/2024
Holiday Break
Adjustment Calc
The week before the holiday break, the deadline to submit prior pay period adjustments will be 5 p.m. Friday, 12/13/2024. The adjustment pay date will be Friday, 12/20/2024.
This will be the last adjustment calc for Calendar Year 2024. Please ensure that all prior pay period adjustments needing to be paid in 2024 are submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, 12/13/2024 deadline.
2024 BW 27 Calc
Feeder files are due by 5 p.m. Monday, 12/23/2024. Department approvers have until noon Monday, 12/23/2024 for timesheet approval. Superusers have until 5 p.m. Monday, 12/23/2024 for timesheet approval. Current pay adjustments can be submitted through the Payroll Adjustment Request Interface System (PARIS) until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 12/24/2024. All other calc deadlines pertaining to units will remain the same.
2024 BW 27 Pay Day is 12/31/2024
There will be NO adjustment calc the week of 12/23/2024.
First Adjustment Calc of 2025
The deadline to submit prior pay adjustments to pay on Friday, 1/3/2025 will be 5 p.m. Friday, 12/27/2024. Therefore, all prior pay period adjustments submitted after 5 p.m. Friday, 12/13/2024, and by 5 p.m. Friday, 12/27/2024 will pay Friday, 1/3/2025.
2025 BW 1 Calc
Feeder files are due by 9 p.m. Monday, 1/6/2025. Department approvers have until noon Tuesday, 1/7/2025 for timesheet approval. Superusers have until 5 p.m. Tuesday, 1/7/2025 for timesheet approval. Current pay adjustments can be submitted through the Payroll Adjustment Request Interface System (PARIS) until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 1/8/2025. All other calc deadlines pertaining to units will remain the same.
2025 BW 1 Pay Day is 1/15/2025
2025 MN 1 Calc
Current pay adjustments can be submitted through the Payroll Adjustment Request Interface System (PARIS) until 10 a.m. on Thursday, 1/9/2025. All other calc deadlines pertaining to units will remain the same.
2025 MN 1 Pay Day is 1/16/2025
Second Adjustment Calc of 2025
