Ingredients:

• 1 ⅞ cups all-purpose flour

• 10 TBSP UNSALTED butter softened

• 10 TBS brown sugar

• 5 TBSP granulated sugar

• 5 TBSP whole milk

• 1 ¼ tsp vanilla extract

• ⅝ tsp salt

• 1 ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. **Microwave your flour in 15 second intervals, (30 seconds to 1 minute total) until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees, to eliminate any risk of e. coli or salmonella. Set it aside to cool for a few minutes.

2. In a small bowl, cream together your butter and your sugars until mixed.

3. Add in the milk and vanilla and stir to combine.

4. Add in the flour and salt and mix until all combined. (Add a little more flour if mixture is too wet).

5. Dump in the chocolate chips and stir them into the cookie dough.
