Do you have questions about Benefit Choice? Central Management Services (CMS) will host benefit fairs during the Benefit Choice period in May. CMS and health plan representatives will be available to answer questions. Registration is not required, but we ask that you check in at the event. All fairs will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at each location.

The CMS Benefit Choice Fairs page lists all event locations. A virtual session recording will be posted when available. Each event will include CMS presentations at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please note that CMS representatives and benefit vendors are only available to answer questions at in-person fairs.

Attending a Benefit Choice Fair is an approved event under Policy and Rules for Civil Service Staff, Rule 11.12. Employees may be released up to one and a half hours from work to attend a Benefit Choice Fair, operations permitting, and subject to prior supervisor approval.
