The Benefit Choice Period began on May 1 and ends June 15, 2012. The Urbana campus UPB Benefits Services office has scheduled three benefit choice information sessions. The sessions will discuss health plan options, flexible spending accounts, and the changes that can be made during this Benefit Choice Period.
The sessions have been scheduled as follows:

No registration is required to attend these events. UPB Benefits Services representatives will be available to answer questions. At this time and until further notice all current health plans will continue with no changes. Health plan representatives will not be present at these sessions.
These events are approved events under Civil Service Policy and Rules, Rule 11.12. Employees may be released from work to attend a session, University operations permitting, and subject to prior supervisor approval.
