Would you like to show your appreciation to a UA colleague or recognize a team within UA who has accomplished exemplary work over the last academic year (August 2009 - August 2010)? The UA Distinguished Employee Leadership and Team Award (DELTA) provides you the opportunity to do just that. Nominations are now being accepted for this year's DELTA awards for Civil Service and Academic Professionals.
The DELTA program annually recognizes up to six individual UA employees (Civil Service and Academic Professional) and one project team with a monetary award. Employees will be presented this award, along with a commemorative plaque and certificate, at an award event in April 2010.
We have also improved the nomination process this year by creating online submission forms. Further details on this program, including eligibility information, nomination procedures, and a link to the online nomination forms, can be found by visiting the Employee Recognition and Professional Development page in NESSIE, and selecting the Distinguished Employee Leadership and Team Award (DELTA) link under the University Administration (UA) heading.
DELTA nominations must be submitted no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2010.
