Aigul Rakisheva, a Ph.D. Candidate in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership, has earned the Strategic Data Project (SDP) Fellowship at Harvard University.
Rakisheva will join the Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR) as Manager of Impact Evaluation.
The SDP Fellowship is a two-year capacity-building program that places data strategists in education organizations to support evidence-based decision-making and improve student outcomes. The fellowship provides extensive training in measurement and analysis, leadership and change management, and education policy.
