Congratulations to Sara Verma, a 2021 Elementary Education graduate, who is among nine University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign students and recent graduates offered an opportunity to pursue international education, research, and teaching experiences via Fulbright grants.
Verma will teach English in Germany, and has experience as a student teacher in a bilingual classroom, worked as an ESL online tutor, and recently started a tutoring business for students abroad and in the United States.
