The National Council of Teachers of English recently announced its 2021 Early Career Educator of Color Leadership Awardee cohort, and the College of Education at Illinois boasts three of the twelve recipients.
Congratulations to Briana Morales (current online Ed.D. student), Dorian Harrison (Ph.D. '16 C&I), and Dillin Randolph (M.Ed. '20 EPOL and current online Ed.D. student) who will receive NCTE support as early career teachers of color while they build their accomplished teaching career in literacy education.
