In the Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) students are paired with renowned faculty mentors, providing the opportunity to assist in cutting-edge research. This hands-on work experience distinguishes SROP participants from their peers who are considering graduate study. Program participants build valuable networks and develop critical professional skills.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Purdue selects participants on the basis of their interest in pursuing a graduate degree, relevant college coursework and grades, letters of
recommendation, and their ability to contribute to the goal of the program.
