The Female Diversity Recruitment Leadership Summit seeks to identify and recruit highly talented minority female students from a wide spectrum of backgrounds.

Those selected for attendance at the summit receive:

• Interview opportunities for Co-Op/Internship assignments with GE Aviation
Application criteria:
• Currently enrolled in one of the following degree programs: IE, EE, MechE, AE, Materials, Ceramic, Software Eng., Computer Eng., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Information Technology Management, Risk Analysis, Management Information Systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required - NOTE: Sponsorship will not be provided by GE*
• Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 without rounding

Candidates selected to attend the Summit will be notified via email no later than September 21st
* Note: 1) U.S. Citizen or National 2) U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident 3) Person granted refugee status in the U.S. 4) Person granted asylee status in the U.S. 5) A special agricultural worker under section 210 or 6) a beneficiary of legalization through an amnesty program under section 245A of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act.
