The Illinois LAtino Council on Higher Education is accepting applications for two scholarships: The Dr. Arias Scholarship Award for Writing and the ILACHE Scholarship. The deadline to apply is March 8th, 2019, All scholarship recipients will be recognized during the 2019 ILACHE Conference on April 19th in Chicago, Illinois.
