      Below you will find resources as they relate to Healthcare for All Kids and State of Illinois Health and Wellness (Healthcare Portal).  Both sites are through the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.

      All Kids: Healthcare for Kids

      The All Kids program offers Illinois uninsured children comprehensive healthcare that includes doctors visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care and medical devices like eyeglasses and asthma inhalers.  You can select language at the top right corner of their page.

      Apply for All Kids

      Online: The All Kids application is processed online through the Illinois Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) site. You can use this site to check eligibility, apply and manage your case. Application or Aplicación

      HFS Application Agents

      This page includes the application and instructions for All Kids Application Agents (AKAAs), FamilyCare, and Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility (MPE) providers, a tool to search for agents, agent information links, training schedule and registration, and Text 4 Baby link and materials.

      This page helps providers find useful information on how to work with HFS in providing medical services to the children enrolled in All Kids.

      State of Illinois Health & Wellness: Illinois Healthcare Portal

      State of Illinois Health and Wellness provides information on Illinois Healthcare Programs. Here, parents can sign up their children for the state's affordable health insurance programs, seniors can sign up for one of our affordable prescription drug programs, women can find information on free breast and cervical cancer screenings, and much more.
