Family Fee Determination

Links to the CFC Procedure Manual Chapter 11 - EI Family Participation Fees.  The Illinois Department of Human Services provides policies and procedures for how the family fee is determined, assessed, and collected in the Illinois Early Intervention System.  The following are CFC Procedure Manual Forms related to Family Fees:

Family Fee Questions & Answers (pdf)

A question and answer document to explain family fees in the Illinois Early Intervention System.  Answers to such questions as "who pays a family fee?" and "what if I can't afford my family fee?"  will be provided.  Please note that the family fee calculation table changes on an annual basis and the table in this document is not the current table.
