Family Fee Determination
Links to the CFC Procedure Manual Chapter 11 - EI Family Participation Fees. The Illinois Department of Human Services provides policies and procedures for how the family fee is determined, assessed, and collected in the Illinois Early Intervention System. The following are forms from the CFC Procedure Manual related to Family Fees:
