This page has information about registering and attending live EITP webinars, as well as information and recordings from past webinars. As we develop materials and webinars, we will update this page often.

System Requirements
- A strong internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth - The Winter Webinar Series does not require a microphone.
- Download the Zoom App: Zoom Client for Meetings
- Zoom is supported by most browsers and operating systems, as well as mobile devices! For details, please visit Zoom System Requirements.

Participating in the Webinar
Use the webinar link and Meeting ID (if required) from your registration confirmation email to join
- Joining a Zoom Webinar
- Select Window, Mac, Android, iOS or more depending on how you plan to attend the webinar
- If you select "Join through your browser" instead of downloading the app, then Zoom Web Client works best with the Google Chrome browser
- (Optional) Video tutorial to walk you through the process
- Enter your full name (first and last) when joining the webinar for attendance purposes.
- Testing Your Computer or Device Audio
- Please test your speakers to ensure you can hear the webinar.
- The webinar will be primarily silent before the start time.
- For the winter webinar series, you will NOT need a microphone.
- Accessing the Chat
- Raising (and Lowering) your Hand
- Please have any materials requested by presenters printed or readily available.
After the Webinar
Survey Link
- Within 24 hours of the webinar, you will receive the link to the training evaluation survey via email.
- If you do not receive a survey link within 2 days of the webinar, please email eitraining@illinois.edu
Certificates
- After you complete the webinar survey, you will get a link to your certificate via email within 24 hours of survey completion.
- You must download the certificate from the link you are sent via email.
- The download title will start with the word "Badge"
- If you do not receive a certificate after completing the survey, please email eitp-office@illinois.edu (certificate questions only)

- CFC Procedure Manual Series (October 2015): In collaboration with the Illinois Department of Human Services’ Bureau of Early Intervention, EITP produced a series of webinars focused on the new CFC Procedure Manual. At the request of the CFCs, the webinars will be focused on 3 primary topics or sections of the new manual: 1) Evaluation/Assessment, 2) Insurance and 3) Transition. The videos are available as a resource only - NO CREDIT will be offered for viewing them.
