• Video Credit Requests

  Instructions

  1. Select a video from the list of videos/DVDs approved for EI Credit, which is organized by topic, updated continually, and available from the Illinois Early Intervention Clearinghouse. 

  2. After viewing video, complete the EITP Video Request Form. 

     1. You will need to create an account with a password if it is your first time.

     2. The form is a series of reflective questions about the video.

  3. Please allow 4-6 weeks (30 business days) for your request to be reviewed by the Early Intervention Training Program.

  • • If you are approved, a certificate will be emailed to your using the email provided.

    • If you are not approved, you will be notified via email.

    • Please check your spam folders before contacting EITP with any concerns.

  Please note the following:

  • A maximum of 5 hours of EI Video credit may be used for every 30 hours of continuing education submitted for renewal and/or core knowledge area documentation purposes.
  • Your request must be of a video posted on the approved list at the time your request is received by EITP for review. Please see the current listing of approved for early intervention credit videos or call 877-275-3227 for more information.
