Test Anxiety Drop-In Workshops
Throughout the semester, clinical counselors will offer educational workshops on test anxiety that will provide strategies for managing anxiety, getting more from your study time, and preparing effectively for tests. The workshops are open to all students, but you must sign up to attend.
Workshops for Spring 2015 will be held the following dates from noon to 1 p.m.:
March 12
April 9
May 7 (Reading Day)
Plus, this semester, counselors are offering a bonus workshop on April 23 from noon to 1 p.m. on the flaws of perfectionism.

In Focus: Attenion-Deficit/Hyperactivity Symptoms
In Focus is a six-week group for students who are experiencing academic difficulties commonly associated with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Group meetings are interactive and help students develop valuable skills for succeeding in school, career, and daily life.
In Focus begins April 1, and will be held every Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Weekly topics include:
April 1: Goal Setting
April 8: Procrastination and Time Management
April 15: Managing Moods
April 22: Self-Care
April 29: Identity
May 6: Relationships
