HVC is a statewide training and technical assistance program regarding infants and toddlers who are deaf, hard of hearing or visually impaired.
A maximum of five EI contact hours per thirty credentialing hours may be obtained through video learning. The EI Clearinghouse offers many videos approved for EI credit. Please refer to the EITP video credit request page for additional information.
