All employees can automatically have access to Webtools, with the exception of Extra Help employees and students. To use Webtools, these groups must be sponsored by a current employee.

Common Reasons for Access Issues
Processing delay: It usually takes 3–5 days for new employee information to pass through IT systems.
Inactive job in Banner: If your job is not active in Banner, access will not be granted. Please check with your HR contact.
Missing department information: If your home department has not been entered, Webtools access cannot be created. Again, your HR contact can help.
Please note: once corrections are made, it may take several days for updates to fully process across all systems.
