These sessions are designed specifically for deans, directors, and department heads, providing valuable insights into operational topics that directly impact both the university and individual campus units, whose success is essential to the university’s mission.
Each session will feature a 30-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A to encourage open dialogue and collaboration.
Upcoming Topics
March: Why Does it Take So Long and Cost So Much?
June: Levels of Service Provided on Campus
September: Construction Delivery and Strategic Hiring
The goal of this series is to deepen understanding of Facilities & Services (F&S)—our scope, resources, and strategic role, empowering campus leaders to better leverage F&S’ services in support of their unit’s objectives. These discussions will also help strengthen cross-campus collaboration by promoting a shared understanding of operational challenges and opportunities.
Schedule: Sessions will be held at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC). As dates are confirmed, topics will be shared at that time.
Your engagement in these conversations will contribute to a more integrated and informed approach to campus operations.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Angiel
Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director
