I am pleased to share an important update with you regarding our service recognition process, which we have been diligently working on to ensure a more meaningful and timely acknowledgment of our employees' contributions.
In response to feedback received over the past year and a half, we identified key areas for improvement. Our recognition timeframe will shift from September-August to January-December. Digital certificates will be sent to employees at the beginning of their anniversary month, with an online shop available for those celebrating a milestone. Additionally, there will now be a combined breakfast event to recognize faculty, APs, and Civil Service employees with 10+ years, including retirees. If an employee missed a milestone year between March 2019 and December 2024, they can request a digital certificate by the end of April 2025.
