As a reminder, units hosting events that involve minors as part of a University-sponsored program or activity must ensure that all applicable staff complete the Protection of Minors Request Form prior to the event.

Any individual who will be responsible for the supervision of minors or whose duties may require close contact with minors is required to undergo a criminal background check and a sex offender registry check, in accordance with university policy.
