Deans, Directors, and Department Heads,
State law and university policy require the completion of an annual disclosure of non-university activities. Federal regulations also govern the disclosure and management of potential conflicts of interest. In accordance with these requirements, on September 18, academic staff will be directed via massmail to START myDisclosures, https://mydisclosures.uillinois.edu/, to complete their Reports of Non-University Activities (RNUAs).
Deadlines for 2023-2024 RNUA Process
October 2, 2023: RNUAs due for department review
October 23, 2023: RNUAs due for college (or 2nd level) review
November 13, 2023: All reviews should be completed
RNUA Information Sessions
Information sessions covering the university’s policy on conflicts, guidelines for disclosure, and START myDisclosures, the electronic system used to collect RNUAs, will be offered for disclosers and reviewers.
