Dear colleagues,
The Contract Services Office (CSO) will merge with the UIUC Purchasing Office effective July 1, 2021. This is a continuation of the University of Illinois System realignment activities that began in 2016 to move various services from the System Offices to the three universities.
The newly merged office will be renamed Purchasing and Contract Management and will report under Mike DeLorenzo, Senior Associate Chancellor for Administration and Operations. Some CSO staff will join the UIUC Purchasing Office and will continue to assist with your agreements. The director of the purchasing office will manage the newly merged office.
