FY25 Final Fringe Benefit Rates take effect for pay periods BW16 and MN8.
The FY 25 Final Facilities/Administrative, Tuition Remission, and Final Fringe Benefit Rates document provides detailed rate application guidelines for F&A, tuition, and fringe benefits. The FY25 Final Fringe Benefit Rates do not impact the F&A or Tuition Remission rates that were previously published. At the time of the rate proposal submission, a larger increase in the Health, Life, and Dental (HLD) portion of the fringe benefit rate was expected based on available information. During rate negotiations, we received more current information, which resulted in a lower HLD rate negotiated with the Federal government.
