IHR is launching a new campuswide staff exit survey following input and recommendations from a cross-sectional committee to better understand why employees leave or transfer. This survey complements—not replaces—any local efforts. Units may still conduct their own interviews or surveys. Together, local and central data help us make more informed, inclusive decisions.
