Dear DDDH colleagues,
Illinois Human Resources has developed guidance and resources for the newly available staff Employee Referral Program. Employees can now refer potential applicants to any posted position using the internal job board. Further, the campus has approved a number of classifications of positions that present a financial opportunity for staff employees if an applicant they refer is ultimately hired.
Illinois Human Resources will also send email information to a university-wide list of human resource professionals and employees (with the exclusion of faculty and post-doctoral research associates) later today making them aware of this policy and resources. Additionally, information related to the payment of the Employee Referral Incentive will be communicated to unit HR staff.
