Deans, Directors, and Department Heads,
State law and University policy require the completion of an annual disclosure of non-University activities. Federal regulations also govern the disclosure and management of potential conflicts of interest. In accordance with these requirements, on September 19, academic staff will be directed via massmail to START myDisclosures, https://mydisclosures.uillinois.edu/, to complete their Reports of Non-University Activities (RNUAs).
Deadlines for 2022-2023 RNUA Process:
October 3, 2022: RNUAs due for department review
October 17, 2022: RNUAs due for college (or 2nd level) review
November 7, 2022: All reviews should be completed

Please notify the COI office, coi@illinois.edu, if you, as Unit Executive Officer, or members of your staff who will act as assistants do not have reviewer-level access to START myDisclosures.
Recusal
If you have a conflict of interest in reviewing an employee’s disclosure, for example, a family or business relationship with that employee, you must recuse yourself. Please notify the COI office, coi@illinois.edu.
