Dear Faculty and Staff member,
Starting November 5 we will begin automatically enrolling all faculty and staff into 2FA in batches. You will receive an email at least two business days before this account is enabled in mandatory 2FA authentication. We will not enroll individuals the week of Thanksgiving from Nov 19-23. The Enrollment will continue into December until all staff and faculty accounts are enrolled.
How can I pick my date?
You may opt-in any time before your mandatory date. To make sure you are ready for this change and to be sure you have enrolled your second factor device and set up your recovery options, follow these simple steps:

Visit https://verify.uillinois.edu and confirm that your smartphone or token is ready for 2FA and set up recovery options in case you are temporarily without your second factor when logging in. Only tokens purchased through webstore are configured to work with the University’s 2FA authentication service.OPT-IN TO BEGIN USING 2FA BEFORE MANDATORY ENROLLMENT.
