As a reminder, the first Coffee with the Provost is on Multi-year Budget Planning: Strategies and Implementation Under the Budget Reform Initiative. The meeting will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, October 24, at 9:00-10:00 am in 300 Levis Faculty Center (919 West Illinois Street).
I have had the opportunity to engage with the campus community and various campus stakeholders in conversations about the short and long term challenges that we face and how to plan thoughtfully and strategically to maintain and enhance our excellence. As key campus leaders and partners in these efforts, I would like to invite you to continue these valuable conversations over coffee. The agenda for these conversations will be modest to allow time for a more substantive dialogue about high level issues that are central to the educational, research, and service missions of our campus and your units.
