Dear Colleagues,
I write to share with you this news release announcing our annual 10th Day enrollment figures for the fall class. Once again this year, we have welcomed a freshman class that is impressive in diversity and academic quality and one that boasts 5,847 Illinois residents. We are particularly proud of the fact that more than one in five of these students is a first-generation college student.
Illinois consistently has a strong student profile, and we know that is due to the passion and dedication of so many individuals on campus. Thank you for continuing to make Illinois an incredible place to live and learn for these students.
