The Inviting and Onboarding Foreign Nationals certification track offers courses which review regulations, procedures, and resources to help you navigate the complex process of onboarding and paying foreign nationals both within and outside the U.S. This certification track is for University of Illinois System employees involved with this process.
This track is structured as a cohort, offering an interactive learning experience and a collaborative environment, and consists of three instructor-led sessions and one self-paced online course.
To participate in the Inviting and Onboarding Foreign Nationals certification track, you must be nominated by your supervisor or by a colleague, with prior approval from your supervisor. The nomination window will open on August 27. Stay tuned for more communication.
