Receiving the opportunity to lead a facilities unit at a world-class teaching and research institution such as the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is an incredible honor and one that comes with great responsibility. I am committed to leveraging the collaborative and innovative spirit of the university to support campus’ strategic goals and deliver service excellence at Facilities & Services.
One of my first efforts will be to meet with colleges, schools, institutes, and units to listen to feedback on facilities operations and service delivery. Learning directly about the challenges we face is essential, and I look forward to scheduling these discussions soon.
