Under Regulation 16.011 under Policy and Rules, civil service staff are now required to submit a conflict of interest form annually. A new online form is now available and is required to be submitted each year, regardless of whether you have an activity to report.
A new online form is now available and is required to be submitted each year, regardless of whether the employee has an activity to report. Unit heads are required to manage the completion of conflict of interest forms the same as they do for academic employees.
Civil Service employees must complete the form by October 31, 2025. They may complete the form alongside their required ethics training during the month of October.
Employees uncertain whether an activity should be reported, should contact ua-rnua-coci@uillinois.edu for guidance. Supervisors and unit heads who have questions about employee outside activities can also contact ua-rnua-coci@uillinois.edu.
