FY25 Provisional Fringe Benefit Rates take effect for pay periods BW16 and MN8.
The FY 25 Final Facilities/Administrative, Tuition Remission, and Provisional Fringe Benefit Rates document provides detailed rate application guidelines for F&A, tuition, and fringe benefits. The FY25 Provisional Fringe Benefit Rates do not impact the F&A or Tuition Remission rates that were previously published. Please note we are anticipating a significant increase in the Health, Life, and Dental portion of the FY 25 Fringe Benefit Rates (see page 4 of the Provisional Fringe Benefit Rates for a detailed breakdown of the anticipated rates). This unexpected increase will have a significant financial impact on all sponsored projects supporting the direct charging of salaries. Investigators will need to review their projects to determine the impact of the increase. Following negotiation with our federal cognizant agency, approved final Fringe Benefit Rates will be published.
