This message will be going to faculty shortly regarding an opportunity to participate in our Online Teaching Academy this summer. Registration/participation will be managed by the academic colleges. Please work with your college offices on eligibility of participants.
We intend the June offering of the Academy to be prioritized for faculty who have no prior experience teaching online (Spring 2020 remote teaching does not count as online teaching experience) and who will be developing online content for the Fall 2020 semester.
Teaching assistants will be permitted to participate if they are the instructor of record in a Fall 2020 course and need to develop online content for the Fall 2020 term. We note that the Academy offerings in July and August will be available to the entire campus.
