State law and University policy require the completion of an annual disclosure of non-University activities. Federal regulations also govern the disclosure and management of potential conflicts of interest. In accordance with these requirements, on September 21, academic staff will be directed via massmail to START myDisclosures, https://myresearch.uillinois.edu/myDisclosures/, the online disclosure application.
Deadlines for 2020 RNUA Process:
October 12, 2020: RNUAs due for department review
November 2, 2020: RNUAs due for college (or 2nd level) review
November 23, 2020: RNUAs due for OVCRI review
Department/College Preparation:
Reviewer Access
Please notify the COI office, coi@illinois.edu, if you, as Unit Executive Officer, or members of your staff who will act as assistants do not have reviewer-level access to the system.
Recusal
If you have a conflict of interest in reviewing an employee’s disclosure, for example, a family or business relationship with that employee, and need to recuse yourself, please notify the COI office, coi@illinois.edu or 217-333-0034.
