The University of Illinois System is upgrading the Web Time Entry application and Banner Self-Service to version 9x from version 8x, which will be available starting February 12, 2024.
This change will affect the following groups using Web Time Entry:
- Civil Service Non-Exempt Employees
- Student, Graduate Hourly, Academic Hourly, and Extra Help Employees
- Approvers, Proxy Approvers, and Superusers
To ensure a smooth transition, the BW 5 pay period (2/4/2024 to 2/17/24) will not open for time entry in Web Time Entry or Department Time Entry until February 12.
