In their fourth annual tour of the state, leaders from the University of Illinois System and its three universities are meeting with public- and private-sector officials to build on existing partnerships and initiatives and shape new ones throughout Illinois that are directed at driving economic development through key areas such as research and tech innovation, additional education pathways, commitment to access and affordability, sustainability awareness and action, health education and health care access.
