For those who have access to add or edit phone numbers in TED, you may have seen a checkbox labeled “Do not text message this phone number”.  This came in one of our past Blackbaud ServicePack updates.

 We ask that you do not use this checkbox as it is not working the way it was intended.  

 UIF will be working internally to both fix the issue and determine best practices on its use. Once that is complete, we will post an update.

• Some Static Designation Reports and Accounting Monthly Reports will be updated,
   replaced, or phased out (historic reports will remain available).
• Gift fund balance transfers (“sweeps”) to University of Illinois Banner accounts
  will occur monthly rather than weekly.

Details (including end-user impact and specific reporting changes) will be forthcoming,
and training opportunities will be available to facilitate this transition for advancement staff. 

All the reports on the UI Reporting tab are unavailable this morning as UIF Data warehouse
environment is being refreshed. This refresh will also impact all Information Library queries
that are using BBDW source views. An update will be posted by 11:30 AM this morning.

The issue with the University field in the Revenue Dashboard (Fabric production)
 has been resolved. Urbana-Champaign and Chicago are now displaying separately
 as expected, and filtering and reporting should be working correctly.
