Since my roommate is moving out, I'm looking for a roommate for the leasing year 2024-2025 (with the earliest move-in day around mid-August). As a grad student, I enjoy a quiet life (no parties) and a clean apartment (no pets). I hope my future roommate can also enjoy peacefulness, don't make tons of noise at night or in the early mornings, and can help keep our place clean.
