I'm Shijun, a male incoming first‑year graduate student in the MSPE PhD track. I'm looking to join an existing lease as a roommate, and I prefer furnished units.
I'm tidy, quiet, and respectful—no smoking, parties, or loud music. With a heavy PhD workload, I spend most of my time studying and really appreciate a peaceful, clean living space. I'm easy to get along with my roommate.
