I am a gay male with no pets. I am vegan, sober & drug free 24 years, but it is ok if you are not. The building is a smoke free building.
I would like a roommate who is respectful of our neighbors in the building, keeps reasonable quiet hours (10 PM to 10AM?), and doesn't bring the party home. I would also like a roommate who keeps common spaces clean and tidy.
