This unit is ADA (disabled friendly unit) so it more spacious than regular unit (include in-unit Washer & Dryer). Rent : $505 per person (exclude utilities)
About me: Quiet, clean, non-smoking, no pets, regular schedule, easygoing, eat halal diet (no pork), disabled (wheelchair-user, independent most of the time).
Looking for: A male respectful, clean, graduate student and values shared space, and have similar habit.
